How many different items do you sell?
We try to carry a wide selections of items. Sometimes during the year we have more items than other times. Feel free to leave comments on things you would like us to try to carry. We will see if our supplier carries them.
What is your return policy?
Only if the product does not work out of the box. You must first take it out of the box, and if it does not work ( on our end) then contact us and you can ship it back to our supplier. There may be a small fee for some items.
Where do you ship?
As of now, we only ship in the US and Canada. That may change if we get a lot of requests form other countries. You may ship to an address in the US then ship it out on you own. If that changes, we will let you know.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order as many things as you want, or just one thing. You will have different shipping cost for each. You will get a better deal, most of the time, if you buy more than one item. Keep in mind as well, all orders are subject to our suppilers supply.
Are you a dropshipper?
Yes. We drop ship items out to give you the best deals and shipping times. We ship out during the week. If you order during a holiday or busy weekend, it may take a little longer to ship out the items.
Is the item I see on site the same that I will recieve?
For the most part, yes. I use a supplier that can run low or out of stock of certian items. Also, colors of thae item may vary. During busy times of the year, your item may be on back order that may take more time to ship. We do our best to give you what you want. Bigger orders are welcome, but to know we need to check with our suppilier.
How long does an order take to get?
We deal with a supplier. Sometimes items are out-ot-stock or backored. If that is the case, they may only send you one or so of the item you orderd, if you order more than one item. Or if the one is not in stock, this applies to. If that is the case, it can take a few to several weeks to recieve the item(s). They will arive unles you hear dirrently. But some times of the year are busier than others. We will do the very best we can to get your items there with in a week or so after ordering,
